These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTS") are intended to define the conditions under which TACHRONE, a company incorporated under Moroccan law, registered with the Commercial Registry of Mohammedia under number 35301, with its registered office at BD PALESTINE 4, LOT HOURIA 1, 2ND FLOOR, APARTMENT 3, makes available to users a digital matchmaking platform accessible at tachrone.ma
The TACHRONE.MA platform connects Clients looking for a service or materials with Service Providers or companies offering their skills and products. The company acts solely as a technical intermediary.
Use of the platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTS. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
Access to certain features requires the creation of a personal account. The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of fraudulent use or non-compliance with these GTS.

The subscription (boost) is not offered for purchase within the mobile application: subscription and payment take place solely on the tachrone.ma website.

The company does not participate in the contracting or performance of services between users. It cannot be held liable for:
The platform, its structure and its content (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by Moroccan intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. You may exercise your rights by contacting [email protected].
Access to the platform is granted for an indefinite period. Each user may terminate their account at any time. The company may suspend access in the event of a breach of the GTS.
Subscribers may terminate their subscription, whether monthly or annual, subject to the following conditions:
Termination may be effected at any time by the Subscriber, provided that the platform is notified at least 7 (seven) days before the monthly renewal date. The termination request must be sent by email to the following address: [email protected] Any request received less than 7 days before the renewal date will only take effect from the following month, and the subscription will therefore be renewed for one additional month.
Termination of the annual subscription is only possible on the subscription expiry date, provided the platform is notified at least 7 (seven) days before that date. The termination request must also be submitted by email to: [email protected]. Failing this, the subscription will be automatically renewed for a new one-year period under the conditions then in force.
Subject to the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal described in the "Right of withdrawal / Refund" article below, no full or partial refund of the current period will be made in the event of early termination, whether for a monthly or annual subscription.
The company reserves the right to modify these GTS at any time. Any modification will take effect from its online publication. Users will be notified by email or via their personal account.
These GTS are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts in the district of Mohammedia.
In accordance with Law No. 31-08 enacting consumer protection measures, you have a 7 (seven) day withdrawal period from the subscription date to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty.
If you exercise this right within the allotted period, TACHRONE will refund the amounts paid within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days of receiving your request, using the same payment method as the one used for the subscription. Requests are sent to [email protected].
In accordance with Law No. 31-08, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of services or digital content that is fully or substantially performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where performance has begun with your prior express consent and express waiver of that right. Activation of the profile promotion offer ("boost") upon subscription constitutes such a start of performance.
